2Care offers an outstanding training and development programme with regular supervision and support for staff.
In order to provide this support to the best of our ability, we provide our staff with a comprehensive training plan to offer them essential skills in the relevant areas. Training is delivered professionally using a variety of internal and external trainers and is designed to provide a strong foundation covering both theory and practice.

We design courses that are specific to our organisation, we aim to take this one step further and incorporate the NVQ Health and Social Care into our training. In this way, our staff will complete units of the NVQ, whilst completing the in-house training. This process is being spearheaded by 2Care’s Training Manager, Andrew Mouzouri.
